Eating healthy at work with meetings, clients, etc. can be a challenge. You can keep on track and eat healthy if you know how to Meal Prep Healthy Snacks! 


Think protein + veggies OR protein + fruit 


Let me know if you need help meal planning prepping. Some tips include ....


Prep Tips:

1. Prepare for the week on Sunday!

2. Make your grocery list menu plan that includes snacks.  Begin prep as soon as you get home from the grocery store! 

3. Chop veggies and and put in containers

4. Chop fruit and put in containers

5. Boil eggs and put in containers. 

6. Put nuts and seeds in separate small baggies 

7. Put all cold type snacks in a container like hummus, cheese and avocado. Pack a knife. 

8. Put pantry type snacks in another container like nut butter, rice cakes, nuts, bars, protein powder with a knife.

9. Bring snacks to work based on above menu!

 

Easy Healthy Work Snacks: 

+string cheese with red peppers and cucumber slices 

+hard boiled eggs with hot sauce

+hummus with prepped veggies like carrots

+100% raw almond butter and apple slices 

+1oz of almonds  or seeds prepped in a baggie 

+Rice cake and 100% natural peanut butter 

+Cottage cheese with flax seeds and cinnamon (ask for recipe)

+Spicy avocado (ask for Recipe)
