Guided by her own health transformation and deep passion for helping others, Amy Lydia is a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach and Holistic Nutritionist who offers life-changing health and nutrition planning. Having overcome her own complex health challenges, she brings firsthand understanding, empathy, and realism to her coaching approach.

She empowers clients to look and feel their best through sustainable, attainable lifestyle changes using a holistic and balanced method.

Before entering the wellness field, Amy Lydia worked in brand and marketing management with nationally recognized companies including Equinox Fitness, W Hotels, and Ralph Lauren. This experience gave her a unique cultural lens on wellness—helping her connect authentically with clients from all walks of life.

Known for her compassionate listening, nonjudgmental support, and easy-to-follow wellness plans, Amy Lydia brings both expertise and heart to her work. She enjoys writing, design, fashion, reading by the water, live music, sunsets, yoga, coffee dates, and walking her sweet dog.
