Amy Lydia’s Clean & Pure Protocol

I developed the Clean & Pure Protocol as a lifestyle solution for my own health issues. The protocol focuses on a “Natural, pure, and clean lifestyle” from the inside out.

It utilizes modules from the Mayo Clinic Coaching model

The protocol recommends eating real whole foods straight from the earth. The eating plan concentrates on eating food in their purest form and removing foods that contain common allergens and irritants. My approach works because it goes back to eating simply like our ancestors. It takes the emphasis off counting calories or macros and does not believe in restrictions. The approach digs beyond food and into mindset, emotions, and positive psychology. The focus is on healthy routines, good healthy swaps for health not just weight loss and getting back to nutrition basics. That means fueling your body optimally by eating real whole foods with recipes that are delicious, nutritious, and not too difficult to make.

The protocol also encourages using clean & pure beauty products as well as pure household cleaning products. These products have less toxins and impurities for the body. Research showed that up to 60 percent of what you apply to your skin makes its way into your bloodstream, so choosing safe products is an important decision you can make for your health. Clean-beauty products contain wholesome, nourishing, and pure ingredients.

The protocol also focuses on nourishing your soul and mind. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist & Mayo Clinic Certified Health Coach, my approach is holistic. I look at how all parts of your life affect your eating patterns. I believe that what you eat affects how you feel and how you feel affects what you eat. Our health is impacted by the thoughts we think and the words we say. Our souls are an integral part of healing and it is essential to have a connection the Spirit for total and complete healing.
