Anti-inflammatory soup
Try this anti-inflammatory fall soup
8 cups broth
3 carrots diced
3 ribs celery diced
1 onion diced
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 inch ginger diced
1/2 teaaooon pepper
1 tab thyme diced
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp salt
1/2 package gluten free pasta cooked
1/2 pound cooked chicken diced
Bring all to a boil and then simmer.
