My approach is holistic. I look at how all parts of your life affect your wellness and your eating patterns. I believe that what you eat affects how you feel and how you feel affects what you eat. Think about THAT! Repeat it.

I believe this because I have lived it myself with my own health conditions and struggles.

That’s why my programs emphasize that you need to “BE KIND TO YOUR MIND!”

This approach is important and it works because positive mindset is necessary for change and overall wellness. Additionally, focusing on the mind takes the emphasis off of food as the enemy, restrictions, and counting calories or macros.

It digs deeper into mindset, emotions, and positive psychology. The focus is on healthy routines, good healthy swaps for health not just weight loss and getting back to nutrition basics.
