Guided by my own health transformation and training at the Mayo Clinic, my mission is to help lead people away from chronic illness (obesity, heart disease, autoimmune disease, diabetes, etc.) and towards chronic wellness.

My life changing health and nutrition planning is sustainable, holistic and based off my Clean & Pure protocol. I call it LIFE changing health and nutrition planning. You will learn a new lifestyle and a new mindset to thrive.

I’ve been chronically unwell too. I get it. I nearly died from an Autoimmune Disease when I was 29. Though my own renewal process plus up to date health education, I now help others.

This includes a powerful mix of holistic nutrition education, counseling psychology, empathy, positive psychology, prevention research, solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing.
