PROTOCOL

The Clean & Pure Protocol is a simplified way to eat and get healthy from the inside out. Utilizing the principles of clean eating coupled with the Mayo Clinic Coaching model, the protocol helps people reach a healthy weight and optimal health. I developed The Clean & Pure Protocol after my own health transformation. After years of suffering from an Autoimmune Disease, I discovered that a holistic and clean lifestyle was the key to chronic wellness.

After learning how to better manage my conditions, I went back to school and got my Master’s Degree and then Certifications from the Mayo Clinic and AFPA in Wellness Coaching and Nutrition. I am now committed to helping others be well and stay well with my Clean & Pure Protocol.

The protocol focuses on eating real, whole, clean food in its purist form. The protocol also dives deep into the alignment of the body, mind, and spirit. It emphasizes positive mindset, emotional healing, spirituality, and gratitude.

I received my training at the world renowned Mayo Clinic. I bring the evidence-based research based practices of the Mayo Clinic 5-E Wellness Coaching Model to you. Wellness coaching is an inspiring and effective way to empower you to successfully reach your health and wellness goals. The Mayo Clinic Wellness Coaching Model is grounded in established research and theory of behavior change and incorporates current published research by Mayo Clinic faculty into the effective elements of Wellness Coaching. The model hones in on Positive Psychology practicing core coaching skills that assist individuals in identifying their values and desires, transforming them into action, and maintaining lasting change over time.

As a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach, I utilize prevention research and solution-focused coaching to help individuals discover their values and desires (WELLNESS VISION) and transform them into long lasting behavioral change (LIFESTYLE).

I focus on strengths and help actualize the potential within every person.

The Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training & Certification Program is an approved training program through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. I am a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach.
